The photoshoot was done for a project that David is working on. Hold Your Head Up Wreck ( Wicked Minds )


On March 30, 2011 Wreck was stopped by an overzealous officer looking for someone to bust. He was a victim of charges brought upon him by an illegal search and seizure. In June 2011 he went for his arraignment and had the case continued 5 times until October. October 19, 2011 the matter was set for trial, jury selection began October 31, 2011, trial was held November 1, 2011, and deliberations on November 2, 2011. During the mist of the trial his wife faced charges in an attempt to get him to plea to unfair deal. He was advised by his public defender to take the deal, the deal would have directly destroyed his chances at his choice of career. He was convinced of that he had a concrete defense and witness with the best chances of being acquitted. He felt that because the two most elements of any crime were missing from the matter he could NOT be found guilty, he had no intention and no knowledge. Unfortunately he was wrong. Even though his wife’s testimony explained the situation at hand, and she took responsibility for the matter he was found guilty.

He was charged with 12025 (a) 1&2, possession of a firearm on a person and in a vehicle and was given the maximum sentence of 2 years, 1 year per charge. His wife is currently in the process of appealing his case, but as she learned from witnessing and being part of his trial going pro per for his appeal has a minimal chance of being successful. He was railroaded during his trial, the prosecution was allowed to continue the case for 4 months, he was not even allowed 1 day. The prosecution manipulated his testimony and his wife’s testimony, while the officer contradicted and lied on the stand, he was given the maximum sentence without a stay of execution leaving his wife, 2 teenage boys, and mother to be without him. None of his credentials the facts of his current life/living situation, or his job was introduced in court.

He was just made out to be a criminal. He is hard working man, and a family man, who does not deserve to be incarcerated. His wife, mother, and kids need him home. His family needs help raising money for his appellate attorney and needs your help. If you would like to help there are 2 ways to help.
